This is a date & time selector. We know Flex 3 does not provide component which select date and time at same time,so this one just do it.you can use up and down arrow button to change value,or use mouse wheel to change it,simplely. date and time value are formated with right style,and restrict only number input. If you just select date,just set showTime variable to false, or event set time second show or not.
